There is a reason we are starting this blog with who we are.
Patrich Construction Group is a South Florida construction company, but behind the name there is much more than a company profile. There is a team, a way of working, a set of values, and a vision we are building one project at a time.
Our work includes high end residential construction, luxury renovations, additions, new construction, healthcare clinic remodeling, commercial and retail spaces, and selected specialized construction scopes. We operate with a multi trade structure and hold multiple construction licenses under the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, which gives us greater control over coordination, quality, schedule, and execution.
But if I had to explain what truly defines Patrich Construction Group, I would not start with the licenses, the services, or the projects.
I would start with the people.
For many years, I have believed that every construction project has a story.
Not only the story people see at the end, when the space is finished, photographed, and ready to be used. I am talking about the story behind the work: the planning, the structure, the coordination, the problems, the pressure, the decisions, and the people who make it possible.
That is the story we want to tell through the Patrich Construction Documentary.
This blog is part of that journey. It is where we will share the real process behind our projects, the lessons we learn in the field, the technical details that matter, and the values that guide the company we are building.
The professionals who are part of Patrich Construction Group have been chosen not only for their experience and technical ability, but also for the values they bring to the company.
